Pit probe and needle attachments

This Pit Probe is made from Stainless Steel and comes with three attachments for holding the needle.  There is a 90º, 45º and a straight attachment.  The needles (not supplied) are held in place by a small Alan key lug, Alan key (not supplied).  It is used for measuring the depth of corrosion indents found on the internal surface of a cylinder wall.  Plastic, or card, discs (not supplied) need to be put on to the needle, prior to use.  Once a reading is taken, the depth can be measured with a micrometer or ruler.
